How do I access my order?

Right after you purchased we emailed you a username and password and a link to our private member’s area. If you don’t see the email, here are some helpful hints:

  • Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
  • If you paid with Paypal, sometimes the email was your paypal email, and not the one you normally check.
  • It can often take 5-10 minutes before you get access.

If you have any problems or need assistance please contact us, we are very happy to help.

I purchased a Digital Product and I haven’t received my shipment yet?

We don’t deliver by mail. All of our programs are available in our member’s area. If for some reason you don’t have access to a product you purchased contact our support.

I can’t find a product that I purchased in the member’s area?

Up in the top navigation you’ll see “product library”. There you’ll find images of all of our products. If the product is “greyed out” and you have purchased it- please contact our support and they will grant you access.

I Am Having Trouble Downloading A PDF / Viewing A Video? / Listening To Audio?

How does your 60-day Guarantee work?

If at any point within 60 days of purchasing you decide that our program is not for you, simply email Nataly a message with your name, email, order #, and she will promptly refund you.
